I am a grateful Mother of two wonderful adult children. I am a mature down-to-earth woman who has through life’s lessons, and going through the healing process discovered my authentic self, and pen ultimately my purpose. Discovering now that I am ready to serve my community and committing to walking a journey with anyone in a supportive counsellor position. Previous experience: General Administration/Reception for more than 25 years in the medical field for various disciplines. This is where my experience working with different kinds of people started. From a rookie introverted young lady to a mature (still somewhat introverted) woman. I have been with Nadine’s practice since 2020, and when the opportunity to study at NVR Academy was presented to me, I grabbed it with both hands as this journey opened the door for more personal growth, a deeper understanding of myself and ultimately were my passion laid. The getting up-and-moving forward part is difficult, we don’t want to confront the monkey-on-our-back, but once we do it it can be so rewarding. I know ….. it sounds counterproductive right! The knowledge and empowerment you achieve sets you free…….. and I want to help you get there. Because I know the personal cost of losing myself, and then finding myself again, I am passionate in helping you find YOU. You are able and you are worth it! |

I was born and bred in the Vaal. I am a blessed mother and have the privilege to work in one of the chemical sectors. Being surrounded with beautiful human beings every day, I realized the great need, we as human beings have to receive support from each other. I regard myself as a dedicated person who is caring and like focusing on positive things, while connecting in a professional and supportive manner. Through the journey that I have walked and my past experiences I have learned that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, meaning that it would be best to always keep hope no matter how difficult the situation maybe. I am Mirry, a mother, sister, wife, friend, community Volunteer. From a young age, I have been passionate about helping others unlock their full potential. This passion has been the driving force of my life. With over 20 years of experience volunteering in various communities, schools, rehab centres, and woman's, children's, and elderly support centres, I have had the privilege of assisting individuals through life-changing events. Through these experiences, I've discovered that self-growth and self-improvements are possible with the right guidance, and Life Coaching and Support Counselling provides a powerful pathway to achieve this. A bit about me…
I was born in Libreville, Gabon. I am a distinguished French educator who achieved a 100% pass rate in Jeppe education. I have an Advanced Diploma in Travel & Tourism and a certificate in FLE for French. My passion for teaching and seeing learners overcome daily challenges motivated me to pursue certification in Life Coaching and extend my studies to become a Support Counsellor. Over the years as an educator, I have encountered a variety of people from different backgrounds, with whom I always have an open ear and assist when needed. I can confidently say I am a people person. I have a passion for assisting and helping people overcome their challenges. My journey is not yet finished. I aim to get a Bachelor’s in Social Work in Wellness, Health Care & Counselling. Even after obtaining it, I will look for new opportunities to help me grow. |
